The Golden Ball Practice
Practice the 8 Actions of Qi using the visualization practice of the Golden Ball filled with Life-Energy, nourishing and healing the systems as the actions take place. All movement is done synchronous with the breath, feeling the open radiance of the breath with the actions. Gradually include the movement and feeling of the body-wave between action 1 & 2, 3 & 4 and 5 & 6.
