When you wake up keep your eyes closed and allow yourself to acknowledge any fragrances or odors you notice.
Pick a day in the week where you will concentrate on your sense of smell.
Do not label each scent, but smell and notice how you will about each scent.
Pause periodically throughout the day and do the Zen breath exercise.
